Stick of Butter Shrimp and Orzo
This stick of butter shrimp and orzo is a one-pot dinner that begins on the stovetop with creamy, cheesy orzo, that is topped with shrimp and finished in the oven. And yes, there is a whole stick of butter in the dish.

Cook orzo according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per side.

In a large bowl, combine cooked orzo, melted butter mixture, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Stir in chopped parsley (if using).

- 1 pound Shrimp, peeled and deveined
