Greek Yogurt with Honey and Walnuts
Thick strained yogurt under toasted walnuts and a spoonful of honey. Four ingredients, no cooking, and the contrast between cold tart yogurt and warm honey is the whole point.
- 1
Stir the yogurt with a spoon until it is smooth and glossy. Do not whisk it, which thins it out. Divide among four bowls, about 1/2 cup each, and level the tops.
- 2
Scatter the chopped walnuts over the yogurt and dust each bowl with the cinnamon.
- 3
Drizzle 1 tablespoon of honey over each bowl and serve immediately, while the honey still sits on the surface rather than sinking in.
